Data center firm Edged has completed structural work on a new facility in Iowa.. Known as Project Lola, Edged is developing two buildings, each spanning around 285,445 sq ft (26,520 sqm). Located at College Rd and E Kanesville Blvd, the site will reportedly total around 200MW.. Edged broke ground in October 2025.
Turner Construction is the general contractor on the project.. Council Bluffs is a city on Iowa’s western border and close to Omaha, Nebraska. The Edged site was previously approved for a logistics park in 2021, but the land remained undeveloped..
