IT service provider NovoServe is expanding its capacity at two data centers in the Netherlands.. The company revealed in a LinkedIn post that it is adding 150 racks of bare-metal capacity to two facilities in Amsterdam.. – NovoServe. NovoServe will add 80 racks (400kW) to its footprint at a NorthC data center in Oude Meer this summer and 70 racks (300kW) to a Maincubes data center in Schiphol Rijk in two phases over the coming months..
NothC’s Oude Meer data center is located next to Amsterdam Schiphol. The facility spans 18,000 sqm (193,750 sq ft) and offers 4.8MW of IT capacity. The Maincubes facility, meanwhile, offers 5MW of capacity across 41,000 sq ft (3,800 sqm)..
In total, NovoServe operates more than 7,000 servers and a network capacity exceeding 18Tbps across data centers located in the Netherlands, Denmark, and the US.. According to the company’s website, it exclusively uses Tier III data centers, with more than 10 Points of Presence.
