Bitcoin has risen to $85,700 and moved above its 365-day average price for the first time since Nov. 12, 2025, while the Trend Pulse indicator has returned to bull mode.. From Sept.
10 to 18, Trend Pulse was in neutral mode because the long-term trend remained up but bitcoin traded below its level from two weeks earlier. On Sept. 19, short-term momentum recovered and both signals turned higher again..
Bitcoin climbed from $76,800 to $85,700 over the past week, a gain of 11.5%.. The 30-day average price stands at $78,900, which is 12% above the 200-day average of $70,600. That leaves a support range of roughly $76,000 to $79,000 over the next few days..
If bitcoin falls back into that $76,000 to $79,000 range, Trend Pulse would switch back to neutral mode, as it did in mid-September.. As of Sept. 22, bitcoin was 6.4% above its 365-day average of $80,500.
Before Sept. 19, the price was last above that level on Nov. 12, 2025..
The yearly average has been declining throughout the year, falling from $101,700 on Jan. 1. The crossover above the 365-day average came from both the price rally and the drop in the average itself..
Below the 365-day average sit the 200-day average at $70,600, the 111-day average at $68,000, and the 200-week average at $65,500.. The $80,500 level is the main threshold to watch. As recently as Sept.
20, bitcoin traded only 0.05% above it.. If bitcoin drops below $80,500, it would fall back under the average price of the past 12 months and the breakout above that level would prove false.. Trend Pulse bull mode means the price is higher than it was two weeks earlier and the monthly average is above the 200-day average.
The indicator describes the current trend and does not forecast price direction.. The 111-day average remains below the 200-day average because it still reflects the period since early June, when bitcoin fell as low as $59,000. The rally since late August has not yet lifted that average above the 200-day line..
Bitcoin is now trading above all four averages, and holding above $80,500 would confirm the move above the yearly average.. Featured image credit. Tags: bitcoin
