The total amount of funding received so far is $21 million. Vocca’s AI agents are trained in over 2500 medical specialties and manage more than one million patient interactions every month. As the category matures, Vocca is leading with national deployments.
Vocca has introduced an AI-powered phone assistant as its inaugural product, which answers and automates incoming phone calls. A year prior, during its initial funding stage, 225,222 healthcare professionals utilized it. Today, 227001,403 individuals perform across 240,26 practices and twenty specialties in both the United States and Europe.
In the given timeframe, the volume of conversations increased 22026 times, surpassing one million per month solely from inbound calls, while revenue grew 7 times. Vocca is capable of resolving 70% of conversations without any human intervention, with its most advanced clients achieving a success rate of over 85%.
Various national organizations manage their schedules using our platform: DAG Dental (37 dental practices), Point Vision (67 ophthalmology clinics), Résonance Imagerie (60 imaging centers), and hospital systems like Hôpital Fondation de Rothschild, which handles appointments, calls, and confirmations for its 63,000 annual patients through Vocca. An AI designed to comprehend the functioning of medical practices.
In a medical practice, approximately 40% of phone calls do not receive a response.
