The graphics processing units (GPUs) will likely be installed at Forum Edge’s Dallas data center sometime between late December and early January.

McAndrew Rudisill, Forum Markets’ chairman and CEO, stated that “This arrangement serves as a significant demonstration of our AI infrastructure strategy and highlights our commitment to swiftly introducing revenue-producing GPUs in a modular fashion.” “Fireworks has a robust collaboration with us, and we are optimistic about the expansion of our AI infrastructure enterprise as we proceed to develop. This marks the initial finalized agreement that Forum Edge is implementing, and it is the first of various thrilling collaborations we anticipate introducing to our distinctive domain.

Fireworks, established in 2022, offers inference, training, and routing services to assist businesses in deploying and scaling generative AI applications for production use. The most recent valuation of the firm stands at around $17.5 billion, with investors such as Nvidia, Atreides Management, Index Ventures, and TCV.

The company acquires GPU servers from external suppliers and offers access to open-source AI models for sale, thus competing with entities like Together AI and Baseten.
