NES Data, the data center subsidiary of Indian tech and real estate firm TCC Concept Limited, could develop a 60MW data center in western India.. The size of the land parcel and an estimated construction timeline were not provided.. A MoU is a preliminary, non-binding agreement.. NES currently owns and operates a 4MW enterprise facility in Pune, and TCC has said that it intends to build 100MW of data center capacity in the medium-term.
A specific time frame for this goal was not provided.. Pune is a major city in the western Indian state of Maharashtra.. NES, which stands for Natural Environment Solutions, was launched in 2024.
