TCC Concept Limited’s data center subsidiary could develop 60MW data center in Pune, India

NES Data, the data center subsidiary of Indian tech and real estate firm TCC Concept Limited, could develop a 60MW data center in western India.. NES entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for the acquisition of a land parcel at the Rajiv Gandhi Infotech Park, a 2,800-acre tech park in the suburb of Hinjewadi, located in the city of Pune, according to a stock exchange announcement this week.. – Google Maps.

The size of the land parcel and an estimated construction timeline were not provided.. A MoU is a preliminary, non-binding agreement.. NES currently owns and operates a 4MW enterprise facility in Pune, and TCC has said that it intends to build 100MW of data center capacity in the medium-term.

A specific time frame for this goal was not provided.. Pune is a major city in the western Indian state of Maharashtra.. NES, which stands for Natural Environment Solutions, was launched in 2024.

In July 2025, the company said that it would begin to offer Edge and modular data centers as part of its overall offering.. TCC Concept Limited should not be confused with Thailand’s TCC Technology, which also operates data centers.. More in Construction & Site Selection.
